A professional hydraulic styling chair, generous cabinet space with 6 drawers and 6 cabinets, large quartz countertops, separate European-style backwash shampoo bowls, a separate color mixing and hand washing sink, industrial capacity electricity, endless hot water and 24/7 security.

All utilities, high-speed WiFi, complimentary on-site laundry, professional cleaning of common areas, an indoor trash closet, security cameras inside and out, ample well-lit parking, and access to our large grassed, shaded courtyard.

Rent is paid automatically through ACH, and your rent stays the same for the term of your lease. Contact us for current rates and availability.

You have 24/7 access. Unlock your suite through a mobile app with a personalized digital lock and a PIN you choose. There are no keys to lose.
